Full Description
We provided a complete turnkey solution for low-temperature sterilization needs by importing high-quality EO Gas Sterilizers and their standard accessories. Our team handled full installation, validation, and hands-on training for staff in both private and government hospitals. This project significantly enhanced the hospitals’ capacity to sterilize heat-sensitive medical instruments, surgical tools, and reusable PPE while maintaining the highest standards of safety and regulatory compliance.
Scope of Work
- Import of EO Gas Sterilizers (various capacities) and complete standard accessory kits including gas cartridges, vacuum pumps, aeration chambers, emission control systems, biological indicators, and safety monitoring devices.
- Full Installation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualification (OQ), and Performance Qualification (PQ) documentation
- Comprehensive staff training programs (theory + practical sessions) for operators, technicians, and supervisors on safe operation, cycle validation, maintenance, and emergency procedures
