Successfully manufactured and supplied over 2.5 million units of high-quality PPE kits to government hospitals, private hospitals and other healthcare authorities supporting infection prevention and control across Sri Lanka’s healthcare system.
Full Description
We partnered with the Ministry of Health and private healthcare sectors to rapidly scale up local production and import critical PPE during a period of heightened demand. Our manufacturing facility in Sri Lanka produced surgical gowns, protective coveralls, 3-ply surgical masks, and shoe covers, surgical head caps while we imported complementary items such as high-grade nitrile examination gloves and advanced respirator masks to complete full PPE kits.
Scope of Work
- Local manufacturing of Level 2 & Level 3 surgical isolation gowns and coveralls
- Manufactured 3 ply face respirators and Surgical head caps, shoe covers, beard guards Arm guard ,cover rolls and laboratory coats etc .
- Custom packaging of complete PPE kits meeting NMRA and international standards (ASTM, EN)
- Timely distribution and delivery to over 150 government hospitals ,quarantine centers and private health care sectors.
- Quality testing and batch documentation for regulatory compliance
